Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • National Delivery Only: We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
  • Delivery Times:
    • In-stock items: Delivered within 3–5 working days.
    • Supplier orders: Delivered within up to 7 working days.
  • Delivery Fees: We charge a flat rate of R100 on all orders. Orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free shipping, excluding oversized or heavy items (such as digital pianos, speaker systems, or large PA equipment).
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Out of Stock Items: If the product you ordered is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit once the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumables such as guitar/bass/violin strings, reeds, drumsticks, cleaning supplies, earplugs, or any other items intended for personal use.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return
